"The Progening" - The independently released debut album by Birmingham progressive metal quintet Cenfora.

Written, recorded and tweaked in each band member's home, bedroom and cupboard between January 2017 and June 2018.  Mixed and produced in Mitchell's bedroom and mastered by Dan 'Noddy' Nardone.
